Oh dear.
That's pretty much all I have to say about this week.
One very big 'oh dear'.
I may have over-indulged a little (a lot) over the weekend, and yesterday wasn't much better. A chilli dog and fries for lunch, followed by handful (after handful) of Cadbury's Pebbles, and Aero Bubbles.
The scales tell me I've put on 2lb, and that's before THAT lunch has an impact. TWO POUNDS!!!!!! And I was doing so well. I'd reached my 10lb goal, I was actually starting to really feel comfortable in myself, and I was ready for a new week ahead.
Then a weekend away, and a team lunch have knocked me right off kilter, and I'm afraid it's going to be the start of a slippery slope.
I don't really know what else to add this week, I've got no good tips. I feel like I've lost my motivation. And I STILL haven't kick started my exercise routine.
